    1. Dr. Elise, that is exactly how to describe it; a conundrum-puzzling and difficult to understand. Both for her and for us. I truly felt sorry for her as she expressed her feelings about the situation, she seems like a loving and caring person who expects the same in return. Yes, a conundrum.
